Whoever set this policy at Venmo has clearly never had Persian food.
The amount of times I got paid for Iranian food on cashapp and that never happened loke
Venmo / PayPal is terrible! I’ve been advising people to get off those platforms. Use Apple Pay or Zelle if u need to
