Anyone know a good sweet spot for red light therapy when it comes to value? Looking to get something but not trying to spend thousands of dollars. Or buy garbage. Hoping some of you #lightpunks out there might know a thing or two about #mitochondrial health.

Also need to figure out #UV but that probably means getting outside more at the right times. Non trivial with the job these days.
