I've come around to the thinking that having Chainanalysis's shoddy heuristics giving the Gov a false sense of security while real privacy primitives on-chain and in 2nd layers slyly and slowly mature is the perfect combination that will ultimately provide for the mass exit of government subjects into the era of the sovereign individual.
