Berberine was something I never had a chance to try, but I do remember being told to add it to my bag of potions as I have PCOS & I was told it helped with multiple symptoms from that.

Oooooo I just researched it. Idk why when he said it, I assumed it was his nickname for you😂 I will try this.

I consume a lot of onion, garlic, oregano, cayenne pepper, like in industrial amounts.

These are natural antibiotics. Consume apple cider vinegar daily.

Do away with every complex carb: grains, breads, flour, sugars, and oils that aren't coconut or olive.

No soy or vegetable milks, no milk, yes heavy cream, cottage cheese and occasional half & half.

Despite my TBI, I work. I manage to stay "employable" and function because I rarely catch respiratory ailments, infections and managed to free myself from injectable insulin, any diabetes management meds, asthma meds, PCOS meds, migraine meds... long list hon!!

I got Covid and am fighting it still because I was forced to get the shot at my job. Ever since, I have a terrible time flushing it.

I never got colds, flus, pneumonias, nothing.

The cayenne is loaded with capsaicin.

This helped me with the tearing pain I used to get in my uterus.

I live a very regimented life. I do fall off of it when things I can't control get in the way, but, believe me. It is worth clawing myself out of the hole to my "tailored for me self-healing program" because as hard as it is to follow it (I'd have to write you a much, much longer note!!!), or to even list it, it is certain premature & painful death for me if I don't stick to what helps.
