I had a botched all and meniscus recovery surgery. This has helped tremendously ๐
I decided not to go with surgery when I heard the statistics. Iโm glade. The knee still gets a little funky when sitting on them, but doing pretty good overall. I walk backwards up a hill everyday. I also do slant board stuff.
