Knees over toes works. Full incline walk backwards and pushoff with your heel. Immediate results in knee strength 💪

It does it’s how I recovered from a meniscus tear last summer

I had a botched all and meniscus recovery surgery. This has helped tremendously 👏

I decided not to go with surgery when I heard the statistics. I’m glade. The knee still gets a little funky when sitting on them, but doing pretty good overall. I walk backwards up a hill everyday. I also do slant board stuff.

Isn’t it knees and toes?

‘Head, shoulders, knees over toes’… doesn’t seem to flow the same 😅
