You could probably also just ask yourself if you're being gaslighted.
Discussion
How does one know if they’re gaslighting themselves?
I don't think you can ask that question without gaslighting yourself. Bottom line is reality is subjective, if you can't trust your own perception, you can fall back to some form of objective proof from the world around you. That may involve trusting, but ideally shouldn't.
Living in nature sounds useful. Immediate
Yea, I get you. I've been trying to spend a lot of time at the beach recently. There's nothing like being pushed around by the waves. Consciousness devoid of the failures of the human side.
No failure if we’re each expressions of the universe?
True. It's difficult to push back on that without getting in to moralizing. I mean, there is a mute button on Nostr for a reason, a reason we have locks on doors, and blinds on windows. We have the concept of a spiritual awakening, and that implies the minds who are still asleep. As much as their chaos is an expression of thrle universe, and that suffering is a way of looking at the world, pain is still real, and it hurts.
Full circle back to being a hermit in nature
Me too. I'm open to suggestions though.
Might just be time to survive this next wave of chaos and manipulation in the woods or on a beach. Then reevaluate
