I love taking that big steel dog for a walk ๐. Primarily use it for hinge movements, squats and some accessory stuff but I canโt snatch it for reps yet.

Oh yeah. Iโve always been interested with that type of training, very functional & multi joint movements. Same with whipping the sandbags over your shoulders. Awesome ๐๐
