Today I went swimming in the open sea for the first time. I was unsure if I could hold my own in the group but I confirmed what my rowing coach said. Rowing greatly improves one's aerobic capacity. Highly recommended.

He said either I came in contact with someone that had it or I picked it up from the environment. Bacteria from bad quality air.

I asked because a long time ago I had recurrent bronchitis and it was due to a food allergy. Then all you have to do is take antibiotics. Good luck.
