It's kinda nice when a client I'm using fails to load the username of someone commenting, then I am forced to read the thing without prejudging.
(Actually it is not nice at all, but it is interesting, some people may find it nice.)
Could be an option in clients? Some kind of “open-mind” mode 😂

Similar topic was discussed a few months back. A draw back of a custom name or notes list is that if this list is revealed to public, it could affect privacy of those on the list
