Over here if you had any part in the design, hired the contractor, drove to the lot to “watch” and paid for it……you’re the builder!

Congrats, though anyway! I’ve never met someone who built their house that said it was easy! I hope it’s what you wanted and there weren’t too many unforeseen issues!
