It’s super simple, here’s a high vis version of the broth recipe!

For ingredients I love:

Bok choy, broccolini, sweat potatoes, enoki mushrooms, rice noodles, cilantro and peanut sauce on the side! but let’s be honest - it’s shared soup - You can put whatever you want in it.

add your fav protein - thinly sliced meats or tofu! (I use different broths in the base for vegetarian and meat).

* the recipe should say coconut milk, I may have been too quick with the laminator. 😆

Thanks girl!! I recognized the enoki mushrooms! No peanut sauce for this girl.. I’m allergic. Would definitely be the last soup I would ever have lol
