Por varias razones he decidido continuar con la promoción de venta de una hermosa propiedad en el Caribe Mexicano por mi propia cuenta. Una de ellas es, por haber estado yo repetidas veces en contacto, a través de los años con varios brokers, desde el dos mil quince con más actividad. He recaudado hasta hoy experiencia de lo mal que trabajan la mayoría de las personas que ejercen el oficio de intermediarios, cuando se trata de apoyar y encontrar un comprador de propiedades. Digo mal porque para empezar todos con los que he tratado están aferrados a la plataforma WhatsApp. Adicional a esto, teniendo hoy toda la tecnología y dispositivos en sus manos, la coherencia en la comunicación se pierde o obstaculiza, ya que la mayoría de las veces se da de manera obsoleta, es decir, con extrema soberbia, supremacía e intimidación por parte de los brokers intermediarios.
Por otro lado tenemos al gobierno que siempre quiere ganar montos exuberantes tratándose de las escrituras e impuestos.
Estando yo familiarizado con el ecosistema Bitcoin casi desde su nacimiento, hace ya varios años estoy deseando encontrar un comprador interesado, quien tenga la capacidad, la coherencia y el animo de continuar, o incluso rehacer un proyecto como el que a mí se me ha dificultado continuar desarrollando, sobre todo por la problemática que me fue sembrada a mediados del dos mil diecinueve. Y obviamente con el deseo de tratar con alguna personalidad capaz de negociar con Bitcoin.
La lista, los hechos y los resultados recolectados son decepcionantes. Y por consecuencia un gran obstáculo para mí el que aún no me haya sido posible vender la propiedad que promuevo.

For several reasons I have decided to continue promoting the sale of a beautiful property in the Mexican Caribbean on my own. To date I have gained experience of how poorly most people who work as intermediaries work when it comes to supporting and finding a property buyer. I say poorly because everyone I've dealt with is stuck on the WhatsApp platform to begin with. In addition to this, having all the technology and devices in their hands today, coherence in communication is lost or hindered, since most of the time it occurs in an obsolete manner, that is, with extreme arrogance, supremacy and intimidation on the part of the brokers role.
On the other hand we have the government that always wants to earn exuberant amounts when it comes to deeds and taxes.
Being familiar with the Bitcoin ecosystem almost since its birth, for several years now I am looking forward to finding a buyer, who has the capacity, coherence and courage to continue, or even remake a project like the one that has made it difficult for me to continue developing, especially due to the problems that were posed to me in the middle of two thousand nineteen. And obviously with the desire to deal with some personality capable of negotiate with Bitcoin.
The list, the facts and the results collected are very disappointing. And consequently a great obstacle for me is that it has not yet been possible to sell the property I am promoting.
