Big blocker for growth is the ability to delegate properly. It's a learned skill, and as disagreeable types i think it's endemic to Bitcoiners. It adds avoidable costs to shared efforts.
Delegation is not abdication. It is the bifurcation of any task into roles:
Responsible: who actually completes the task
Accountable: the "owner" of the result
Consulted: who needs to provide input before the work starts
Informed: who needs to be aware its happening
