The only thing you can do for now for forward facing privacy and bitcoin/ln is a coinjoin.. or at least, make moves of similar structure (so not necessarily making use of Samourai/Joinmarket)

But you want to do more than just that for optimal privacy. It's good to remember that privacy exist on a scale + that we have to accept we can only do things to make it harder for the agencies or big tech companies to unravel your identity.
