Why is #Bitcoin better than #Realestate? I will zap anyone that reposts this ⚡️
Discussion
Because it’s movable and liquid 💪
You can’t ever own real estate free and clear.
Yep, stop paying your taxes and lose it immediately.
Or they can just eminent domain you.
Amazing isn’t it. Nope, the majority wants a freeway so here is $0.05 on the dollar valuation, now gfy. Live in a car or an RV, did we mention that’s illegal too?
Can’t believe how many so-called freedom maximalists love this guy so much.

Not I this dude appointed Mike Pence VP and failed to free Assange and bring Snowden home and he went after #bitcoin
His Treasury Secretary basically laid all the groundwork for Elizabeth Warren’s latest crusade.

So true. My property taxes cost more than rent I paid for college housing. The state is my landlord. The Credit Union just wants the money they printed back, with interest.
According to the IRS, you can't trade your bitcoin without paying taxes. So now we are just arguing about which one is taxed more.
They're always making more real estate.
They're making less than 21 million bitcoin.
U can’t send real estate around the globe.
Not divisible, to add to all the other reasons that everyone else already posted.
Oops i just said this too
Because you don’t have to talk to a f’ing estate agent when stacking sats 🙏
I'm a landlord, most of my renters are cool, but just one of them makes it horrible overall. Bad apples make real estate bad.
Because you have to pay ever increasing taxes and maintain the property in perpetuity
Anyone can buy whatever little amount works for them. Can’t really do that with real estate, plus no counterparty risk

It’s more divisible, durable, portable, recognizable, and scarce.
Because someone stronger can simply come and took it from you through laws and regulations.
Also some other country can bomb 💣 your country and may destroy your house.
When you have btc you can simply took your it and go away.
Realeste is good imo only when you have enough saved to buy it like a toy and if something happens, you have your saved money and you can move away and forgets about your last toy and get a better one in a new life.
If you are casual like me, then it’s better rental and btcstacking with some view into future.
But if you had a lot to spend and allready have bought a home for you, then some realeste in other countries is hella win win 🥇
We experienced this in history of Czechia.
Simply put Russias just came to our farming land and tooked it from my family with some forests. Actually we got something back when they leaved and democracy started building here.
But still it’s risky asset in this fast times.
You don’t never know, when populistic politicians will make decisions like etc.
“your house is now my, or us.”
You can purchase a small amount of Bitcoin, but you can’t “purchase” a couple hundred bucks of real estate.
Y'all better be careful, uncle govt gonna come in here and start taxing you on bitcoin you haven't sold. 😂
Thanks all who reposted! I zapped everyone except one wouldn’t work. Thanks again for the input 🙌
Real estate is never truly yours. It can only be held in the framework of local governance.
Because I can afford a much bigger plot on #bitmap
I answered this a month ago at piecover.com
Because I can buy a dollar worth of Bitcoin
Bitcoin has absolute scarcity built in. Real estate does not
