Truth, this is the best way to eat a sweet potato! In the south everyone eats them with sugar and butter sometimes cinnamon. π£

I like em either just plain roasted, or just plain roasted with sour cream.
At Thanksgiving, Iβll put orange cranberry relish inside as a treat, and thatβs as sweet as I get with them unless Iβm trying to make a dessert π
My aunt in law makes an amazing sweet potato casserole with a pecan toppingβ¦ but I eat it for dessert, not as a side. Better than any pie π π
