What can be the biggest obstacles?

(Disclaimer: I'm not an doctor, you are making your own health decisions every day, always.)

To be honest, let's make it clear - I don't believe in a thesis that we need special preparation to not eating.

If you'd be put in a desert, I guess you'd do well for not only 24h but even more, 48h - straight away, just because you can. Your body can.

You can do thus!

In fact most people in our society got enough "storage" in our body to live off with it for a few days.

I have to tell you that in my most extreme experience which I prefer not mention for now I fasted for 5 days with weight of 48kg (and I'm tall 177cm)...

But that was extreme...

Sometimes we don't know what our bodies are capable of.

I was thinking - what is it we can't fast? The "feeling" of hunger is similar when my weight was 58kg or 54 or 50...

It's rather the void, than real hunger.

I came to the conclusion that the main obstacle is our head... its our psychology

Rather than physical we can focus on our emotions and try to address that.

And as always - try and see for yourself.

What to do with it? You can ignore it. Train your patience and strength (as if: " I'm stronger than this")

You can also say, sorry not this time, but be gentle and say: I did well (if you've done 80% of what you assumed you'll do) and you'll simply know that next time can be better.

With hunger I suggest to really just wait, do something else and in meantime observe and see how your mind getting stronger.

That's it.

Ciao.
