I think so it has a little nose plug you can hook up to it so you can inhale the hydrogen
The compression is to increase the concentration of H₂ that's dissolved in the water.
Your one says 1400 ppb which is about as high as it goes unless you compress it.

I’m too skinny too hydrogen water fast, but maybe we do carnivore red meat only and hydrogen water 21 days?
I did a year of carnivore & the first 21 days sucked more than any of the other 344 days. I have plenty of body fat.
I'm gonna get it & play with it first.

Hydrogen is suposedly very dangerous.
Very high temperature flame & requires very low concentrations for spark ignition.
In guessing the volumes involved are small but I'm going to be careful.
The flame is near invisible too.
