Yeah I was reading more on this supplement. It will blow out your intestines trying to get rid of parasites š¤£ so unless you suspect some parasite use at your own risk and not for too long.
My wife and I use these exact tablets once a year now to have a good parasite cleanse. No matter what you eat (meat, veggies/vegan), you should do a parasite cleanse every year IMO.
