What if mints KYC the auditor? Doesn't work anymore, gotcha!

Very Cool.
An interesting thing about this auditor is that over time it incentivizes the mints to open direct channels with each other to reduce fees.
From there we’ll have a sort of WoT-like situation between the mints. Opening a lightning channel with any one of them may reduce overall fees paid.
However, this might increase the odds of a rug as well. Might make sense to track capacity of the channels into and out of this network of mints as well as the inter-mint capacity?
