Unpopular opinion:
Nostr, at the moment, is the BIGGEST echo chamber with a SUPER niche user base on a platform that is so foreign to normies its chances for growth are about the same as 8 billion people using on chain bitcoin for basic everyday payments.
The tech is hot. The UI is warm. The UX is ice cold.
Lot of work to be done.
True probabaly. I think it will just evolve as it will over time. One thing I see is with so many apps it's hard to grow all of them with better UI. I find myself mostly comfy with everything now so don't notice it that much. Defs some qork to do though.
im back after a year or so because i am noticing twitter become quite hard toxic and upsetting — i think engagement bait style on purpose
there are some meaningful exchanges going on there but many are lost
i need this place — the echo chamber is useful when the words being uttered are helpful powerful and true
