Eat within 30-60 mins of waking Block screens after sunset

Sleep before 10pm and wear red blue blocking glasses

Retrain your mitochondria through correct light signals

High performance isn't a supplement stack. It's quantum physics.

Fix your light. Reset your rhythm.
