You could maybe say that language and money could not have been developed by one person alone. It must be accepted by a whole community or society. That's not the case with fire or the weel or anything other on the list

That's definitely true of language. It had to be developed iteratively by a community, probably over many generations.

Hypothetically, one entrepreneur could have noticed that one particular good was very widely valued in his community and began using it in indirect exchange.

Yeah, but by this time this good was already money 😁
