Yesterday, my #bank called me "to make sure I'm me", and I did. Then, the lady literally interrogated me about transactions I made. RIDICULOUS!!

Here are some of the insane questions they asked?

1. Do you trade in #Crypto?

2. Have you been outside the country in the past 8 months?

3. (This is the banger) Do you use VPN on your device?

I lost my temper and asked if she was my mom. I mean who the hell do they think they are to ask these questions?

She also got mad and said "you know what? I'm gonna block your last pending transaction until you come to your local branch and sort it out."

This is insane! Anyone else experiencing this?
