New daily steps goal for this month is 5,500 steps = 2.2 miles = 3.6 km.

Overachieved a bit today because walking while talking to my mom. 💙

And accidentally closed the nostr:npub1vygzr642y6f8gxcjx6auaf2vd25lyzarpjkwx9kr4y752zy6058s8jvy4e app, twice, so it only recorded 0.4 km. 🤦

This lovely green candle is a screenshot from the Pedometer++ app which I’ve been using since 2019 to record over 13 million steps.

Do a little each day; it adds up.
