They are voting for surveillance. If you don't see people lining the streets in protest, it's because they approve.

Technically speaking, yes. However, no matter how they vote, they always vote for the Jesuit Order regardless of who they voted for. I realized this in 2024, and I didn't vote in the presidential election (knowing who was chosen by the Jesuit Beasts). I did, however, vote down ballot (which I think is not a bad thing to do).
