Depending on your criteria and budget that could work. Might be more selection in SJ than here but you’ll also be more rushed to buy something immediately instead of finding something that may be better longer term.

Also I have no idea how paperwork and registration works here, might want to do some research first. I kind of doubt that would all be possible in a week. Finding a vehicle might take the majority of that time, much less trying to get it registered etc. things move sloooow here!
