I like marinating zucchini in soy sauce, garlic, and pepper and then grilling them

Butter fried and Parmesan topped.

Sliced like a patty? I don’t even know what to do with these massive ones. Haha

Grilled I normally cut them lengthwise into wedges. If the zucchini is really big I’ll cut the wedges into shorter strips. Just something that will both stay on the grill well and fit on a plate well.

Cut in rounds for butter fried and Parmesan topped. Holds more cheese that way.
