I feel like it’s a goal to strive for, but seems to be a spectrum. More sovereign or less sovereign. Our family is taking steps to be more sovereign, and encouraging like minded people we know to do the same. Keep leading by example, and others will notice. I think since 2020 a lot of people are way more open to self-sovereign options, but you’re right that status quo can be hard to overcome.

It’s sad because people say they want to be sovereign and agree with the things I say yet their actions tell a different story
