Why use relay "aggregators" or "proxies" if you can just use the https://nostr.band/ relay that has everything?

clients need to be a lot better about scraping your follows and followers relays to get a relay superset
also clients should be able to ask for "events they dont have" efficiently
thinking about something to do with transmitting a bloom filter
as a search request
