Myself and my wife are 27 months without vegetables, grains, sugars, fruits, nuts and seed oils. Every single aspect of my mental and physical health is better. I'm fitter and stronger than I was when I was a 20yo athlete.

One of the biggest lies we've been told is that veggies are good for us.
