combine this with artificial blue light block indoors and max out natural sunlight, sunrises and sunsets and see miracles happen.

Yep. All blue light is blocked and I try and sun gaze every day at sunrise and sunset while grounding barefoot on the lawn. Plus spend at least a few minutes in the sun at noon.

Also lift weights and sprint for exercise.

What foods do you eat in a typical day? Typical week?

Ground beef, slow cooked beef stew, ribeye steak, rump steak, bacon, eggs, pork belly.
