Would you give a cocaine addict a moderate amount of cocaine if they were trying to quit? Carb/sugar addiction is real and to heal it one must completely abstain from it. This is where a zero carb, meat only diet is very useful..

What do you eat?

1 meal a day around 5-7PM, big plate of red meat cooked in butter. That's it.

I think too often there is too much focus on what people are eating, and I'm increasingly coming to the conclusion that it's going to be different for everyone.

What I think is more of a universal truth is where the food is sourced from vs. what it actually is. Contrary to what we were told growing up, butter IS good for you. It's one of the most complete and nutrient dense foods that doesn't come with the usual downsides of dairy. I put it in my coffee and whatever else I can.

Of course, it can't be just be random butter...it doesn't have to be organic, but so long as it's sourced from grass fed cows, you should be fine!

Myself and my wife are 27 months without vegetables, grains, sugars, fruits, nuts and seed oils. Every single aspect of my mental and physical health is better. I'm fitter and stronger than I was when I was a 20yo athlete.

combine this with artificial blue light block indoors and max out natural sunlight, sunrises and sunsets and see miracles happen.

Yep. All blue light is blocked and I try and sun gaze every day at sunrise and sunset while grounding barefoot on the lawn. Plus spend at least a few minutes in the sun at noon.

Also lift weights and sprint for exercise.

I'm 15 months now on 100% carnivore diet. Profound health changes. Mostly my mental health. Feeling happy, calm and blissful on a daily basis. Everyone around me seems depressed. All my bodily inflammation is gone, my skin is glowing and my hair is thick & luxurious. I'm 5' 6 1/5" tall and now weigh 121 lbs, down from 143 lbs. I don't know anyone at my advanced age who wears a size 2 or 4..

Not bragging, just sharing the results of consuming a proper human diet..

You can analyse your nutrigenomics , some people should not be eating them and focus on meat instead and vice versa . A lot of people shouldn’t be eating Legumes for exemple because of their genes and they unknowingly do it

I did full carnivore, zero carbs and sugar for about 6 months. Had a six pack without ever doing a situp.
