You can mute them, pretty efficient.

You might still see them replying to someone who replied to one of your notes tho. Just activate IGNORE in your mind, pretty solid option imo ;)

That's the beauty of nostr, you can mute but never block anyone. Who mutes doesn't see the muted anymore. But the muted can still engage on notes and debates without asking for permission.
