you cant block since its a decentralized system
You can mute them, pretty efficient.
But they can always see your posts. Much to the annoyance of nostr:npub1ccsfkkfk46jsjtn80cup0vjn98slkheqd65t36tut822kddvdcxqxjdc57

You might still see them replying to someone who replied to one of your notes tho. Just activate IGNORE in your mind, pretty solid option imo ;)
