Just had my first chiropractic appointment….diagnosis is my shits fucked, yo…she tried 3 times to get my thoracic to realign and it wouldn’t lol my C2 was so far out that when she snapped it back I now feel like my neck is stretched out lol wild shit

I love going to my chiro! My left shoulder was slightly out of joint earlier this week, and what a difference it made when he fixed it.
Noice! I’ve got a bunch of small pains and tensions that I’ve been dealing with forever and I realized the other week that some of my headaches tended to get better if I popped my neck, so I decided it was time to give it a shot. Gotta be able to keep up with the youngins lol
