I like the bluesky topic feeds idea. Bluesky have eg a film feed that shows all posts which add the film camera emoji. And feeds are coming to nostr. I have no idea how they will work or how they will eliminate spam / abuse from that tho. But should be interesting.

A fair amount of people want to follow topics and not people/personalities.
