Can anyone recommend a text-to-speech software that converts text to a natural-sounding computer voice? Or, do you know if ChatGPT does this?

I want to create videos and add a voiceover, but am not a good speaker - lots of pauses, um’s, and uh’s.

I want to script the text and upload it to ChatGPT or a website which will then create an mp3 file for me to download.
