i personally love it.
ribeye 30-45 days is great.
but it might not be for everybody.

I took our friend from Japan to Porterhouse in San Mateo. This was pretty good and was aged for 30 days or so, but I gotta admit I’m a bit ignorant about the process still and need to try out more.
