the more time that goes by, the more i suspect it has something to do with consciously choosing that way of thinking every morning.
Yeah, it’s essentially cognitive training. Just analyzing a misconstrued thought and correcting it until it’s more habitual 🤷♀️
it also has the side effect of reducing asshole factor.
