I did try it and didn't feel well, I have an ultra fast metabolism and without carbs I loose weight very fast. But also eating a "normal" diet without working out, only walking and biking I get too much sugar in my blood. In the end for me what works is having a traditional european diet with some common sense. Getting too radical on a diet that does not have the test of time along generations is dangerous.

There's also the fact that a keto diet promotes much more anaerobic bacterias than aerobic bacterias in our system for digestion reason, one must be aware of that and the detox needs of liver .
