Yea if you still have the option to sit. Adjustable height desk or chair. I think having a mix of standing and sitting is comfortable.

This is it. Gotta have both options and the desk needs to be tall enough for you to stand and not have to look down at the screen.

An at-desk treadmill is also huge!
