How do you find they keep in the bag? I find most dried stuff lasts andtastes better stored in glass jars

I’ve never thought of that. lol! I’ll put half in jars and see if I notice. I guess I just do bags because the dehydrator is in the barn/garage which is 500 ft from the house. It just easy to carry the bags.
