Well yes of course... I was thinking of something like nsecbunker that sequesters user data and makes it available to 3rd party agencies as needed but users retain ownership and can revoke access at any time...

I'm just speculating here and there are certainly unforeseen complications...

if it can be hacked, it will be hacked?
