When I’m running and I start to feel tired, I’m just focusing with my wrist to feel the watch vibration that tells me *1 less km to finish*

Exactly 🫂💜. Have ever tried those running groups ? I think it can be motivating to find running mates. I’m thinking about joining one

I like the meditation of just doing it myself, but i have a running group at work which I might join.
