You need message them on the platform and inform them you want to "donate" all remaining balances (usually just dust). This will then zero out everything allowing you to close. Had to do the same thing myself last year.

I used River and strike and sometimes cashapp

I used Coinbase as an off ramp and for alts

Higher fees, as fiat as you can get with a service, etc…

You can keep it yourself but if I’m buying only bitcoin then I’ll use a Bitcoin only service or peer to peer.
