Should peppers be picked before the first frost?!

There’s an assortment of jalapeño, habanero, Tabasco and bell peppers. Some haven’t reached their final colour however it’s calling for temperatures below freezing tonight. First time gardener here and I’m not sure what to do… #asknostr #gardenstr #needgardenhelp
