Me too - also, that hunger is generally a result of post carb sugar crashes. Also, disrupted sleep.

I’m dealing with disrupted sleep now (a new, needy puppy), but I fear there’s no way around it as the wife and I start a family in the coming years.
Definitely impacts training days for me. Thinking I just need to accept that 6 hours is what I’m getting from now until retirement. lol.
Since I started tracking my sleep have learned it’s not the length is the depth. I range between 30 minutes and 1 hour of deep sleep a night, but since intermittent fasting that figure is now closer to an hour more often than not. Average sleep length 6hr 48m

Improving my diet seemed to reduce teeth grinding while I was asleep, which was obviously interfering with deep sleep.
Teeth grinding could be parasites. Depending what you feed those critters, will manifest in how you feel. Might want to do a parasite cleanse. Clove, wormwood, oil of oregano. Will revive from the dead.
