It’s the first truly P2P, encrypted, private & fully sovereign chat app that Ive ever used that required absolutely no configuration or required you to setup a “Matrix server” or run over Tor or whatever.

I have 5 devices plugged into some of my local rooms and they work insanely well and the totality of my “setup” was scanning a QR code… that’s a fucking game changer.

imo, anyone who thinks otherwise hasn’t been using any encrypted, sovereign decentralized P2P apps for the last 20 years 🤣🤣
